FRASER ISLAND June 2005

While we had friends from Switzerland staying with us, we decided to make a quick trip to one of our favourite places.

We arranged a few days away from work and set off to Fraser Island. It had been raining for nearly a week, but the weather bureau was correct, and the clouds parted on the planned departure day. As we made our way around the inland tracks on our first full day on the island we ran into friends of Peter and Marianne. Roger and Daniela (also from Switzerland) joined us on our little drive for the next four days.

A great time was had by all as we spent each day driving around this beautiful place.
