NGC 2477 Date: 22/10/2004 02:25 LT; Scope: Meade LX90, f/6.3; Camera: Canon EOS 300D; Exposure: 4 x 60 sec @ ISO 800, autoguided; Processing: RAW images converted to 16-bit TIF in ImagesPlus. Dark subtraction. Images aligned using using Centroid and Translate + Rotate function and average combined using ImagePlus. Post-processing in ImagesPlus and Photoshop; Comment: NGC 2477 is in the constellation Puppis. NGC 2477
