So, this guy goes to visit the doctor. The doctor says, "I'm very sorry, sir, but I have bad & worse news."

The guy replies, "Give it to me straight, Doc, I can take it. What's the worse news?"

"Well, I'm afraid I must tell you that you have cancer.", reports the doctor.

The guy says,"Gosh, Doc, that is pretty bad. How about the bad news?"

The doctor says,"You've also been diagnosed as having Alzheimer's disease."

The guy says,"Well Doc, that is bad news, but at least I don't have cancer."
