FLINDERS RANGES

SOUTH AUSTRALIA


The Flinders Ranges stretch for more than 350 kilometres from near Port Pirie to past Arkaroola in the far north and is one of the most spectacular regions in South Australia. 

 

FLINDERS RANGES NATIONAL PARK

    St Mary Peak, Wilpena Pound.
                                                                            Its  height is 1170 metres above sea level of which about 600 metres is above the
                                                                            level of the surrounding plain.
