Mhani has retired from the show ring, and having mothered three litters is now desexed and enjoying a leisurely lifestyle of long walks and lazing on the lounge from where she rules the roost

Affectionately referred to as 'The Old Bag', her favourite resting place is in the bottom corner of the bed under sheets, blankets, and quilt

In her prime she had a successful show career including Baby Puppy of Breed at the Royal Adelaide Show and regular noteworthy achievements at Breed and Group levels

Mhani has a perfectly proportioned head which is strong but feminine, red wheaten coat colour, and powerfully built front end structure

One of Mhani's most noteworthy achievements was to take out Challenge Bitch and Runner up Best of Breed during the Border Shield Competition in Mount Gambier with a large entry of the best Rhodesian Ridgebacks from throughout South Australia and Victoria

At the same show her son in the Minor Puppy class at seven months of age was awarded the Reserve Challenge Dog and had to challenge his mother for the Runner Up Best of Breed award
