| The power train through the tranmission (from the input shaft at left) is coloured red. Overall ratio in this gear is about 17:1 meaning it's useful for general cross country work. Can be handy for sand work too - if it's not to soft. May need more power using 2nd to plough through. Four wheel drive is automatically engaged in all low gears. There are two sliding components (shown in colour on the Overview) on the shaft between the front and rear outputshafts. These parts lock the shafts together and engage the low ratio cog set.
