She has studied voice and operatic performance at the University of Toronto and the London Opera Centre. Her professional career blossomed in and around Belfast, Northern Ireland, where she became passionately involved in healing, rebirthing and primal regression therapy. For the 12 years she was in Ireland, Helen ran a centre for the development of human potential, alongside her singing career.

Helen has resided in her home city, Adelaide, South Australia for the past seven years, re-aquainting herself with " the Aussie way ", whilst developing her unique methods of work through voice and sacred geometry.
