Uranus Retrograde

Since mid-May, Uranus, the planet of sudden disruptions and unexpected catastrophes, has been retrograde in Aquarius. Combined with the malefic influence of Saturn and Neptune, this has given us all a tough time. Uranus goes direct in late October at 08 Aquarius 49. The cycle closes at the beginning of February, when Uranus passes 12 Aquarius 45.

Uranus moving direct first squared Lewinski's Moon on February 8. At this time she was subpoenaed by Starr to appear in the Paula Jones case (February 9). The next day, Lewinski's mother testified before the grand jury (February 10). All this occurred just before a full moon in Leo (February 11) that fell in the 9th house of Lewinskižs relocated chart and squared the Ascendant/Descendant axis of that chart.

At its October station, Uranus makes a square to Lewinski's Moon (09 Taurus 21), from September 11 to November 23. It also makes an opposition to her retrograde Jupiter (08 Aquarius 25), from October 2 to November 3. [editor's comment: The long-term square to the Moon tells us Monica Lewinski will experience sudden upsets and changes in her personal life and great strain and tension in her emotional life. This will be exacerbated during October, when she feels a strong desire to break any associations that restrict her and longs to be free of the situations causing the tension and strain in her life.
The opposition to Jupiter from Uranus suggests sudden and unexpected developments, or catastrophic breaks in relationships with powerful people (older men), as well as a considerable risk to her financial wellbeing. She may also be led to take unwise chances under this aspect. She gambles with her future, experiencing trouble at home (natal 4th) and through bad communication (reloc 3rd). Will Clinton see the writing on the wall (when the mid-term election campaigns provide nothing but upsetting news for him and his party) and change his mind about holding on to power? Or will he display an ability to influence others and to establish innovations?
