(Sth Melbourne/Sydney Swans playing home matches at the Sydney
Cricket Ground from 1982 ).
Matches were previously played for premiership points in Sydney 1903,
1904, 1952, and 1979-81, Brisbane 1952, 1981, and Hobart 1952.
Also included are combined results from matches played in
Tasmania, the ACT (Canberra), the Northern Territory, New Zealand and
China since matches
have been regularly scheduled in those areas and percentages of total matches played outside of home
states. (GWS Giants home matches played in the ACT are counted as outside
of home state.)
In 2019 50.24% of
matches (104/207) were played in Victoria.
In 2020 14.20% of matches (23/162) were played in
Victoria.
In 2021 49.28% of matches (102/207) were played in
Victoria. |
