This very civilized Asian-Australian way of embellishing two-minute noodles
(Ramen noodles in the US) has long been an easy working weekend lunch
around the House of the Raising Sons. But there have been impromptu moments
when circumstances rule that extra people must be fed. They never fail to
be impressed that such a "scratch" meal can be so attractive and appetising. 1 Packet two-minute noodles per person, cooked as per packet instructions.
