Stage 6 - Roof on, Windows in, Front door on, insulation in, walls sheeted.

Everything has happened this month. The electrics were pre-wired, the tiles were
installed, the windows were installed.
We did the gutters and I installed the front door, so now it is at lockup stage.
It's looking really good.

The gutters touched so Maurie did a bit of gutter joining!

Nice front door, ready for painting. Were thinking of a nice dark green.

Plumbing in the bathroom and the wall insulation courtesy of John O'Brian a cool room panel manufacturer. 70mm of styrene foam!

Shower and wall panels insitu.

More of my handiwork installing the Gyprock sheeting. A friend "Don" gave me a quick training lesson in filling the sheet joins.

We "my niece as well - Melinda" have installed the batts prior to installing the ceiling sheets.
Next month we should almost be ready for painting the inside or paving and
stormwater outside. Maurie's workshop will be finished
so he can move in.
Catch you all later
Peter
