I love riding, watching and racing motorbikes.
I haven't raced in many years, but do plan to return once my son is old enough to start himself.
In the meantime these are the bikes I have owned through the years.

1996 Honda CBR250RR |
My first road bike. Lasted 3 months before I rear-ended some idiot on the motorway who decided to do an emergency stop at 110kph. Silly me was checking my mirrors when I smelt smoke and looked up to see a car in my face. Lesson one in riding bikes. Look ahead - ALWAYS!!! |

The bike I have had for the longest time. 5-6 years. Rode it everywhere. Eventually did 86,000kms on it. |

1999 Yamaha FZX250 Zeal |
Originally brought for my wife to learn to ride on and then use for weekend rides. She wasn't comfortable on it so I started using it to commute to work on. It now is exceeding the 600 on km's and life span. It got ridden very hard and was a brilliant everyday bike. Eventually did 95,000kms. |

2003 Kawasaki Z1000 |
Shit build quality, cheap shitty parts, but damn if this is not the most fun bike to ride. Every time I rode this bike I thought I was going to get pulled over for breaking the law. Usually because I was breaking the law, by either doing wheelies, burn-outs, or rolling stoppies. Just brings the hoon out in you. Loved this bike! Only did about 15,000kms on it before I lost the front end in a corner. Insurance wrote it off so I brought the next bike - should of just brought another Z1000 :-) |

2005 CBR1000RR Repsol Limited Edition |
The exact opposite to the Z1000. Great build quality, beautiful parts, but soulless to ride. Sold it after 6 months so I could buy other Z1000. (Never happened - wife got the money :-( ) |

This is my work commuter. Crashed this week (April 2008). Next commuter will be either a Yamaha Zeal or Suzuki GSF250V |

The bike I have always wanted. Brought an ex-demo one in April 2008. First crash was Oct 2008. Some idiot left a huge amount of oil all over the road. I came around a blind left hand corner and the oil was there to welcome me. |
