I think Danny really hated school. I did too but at least I had nothing else I was driven to do. He'd found his passion and had better things to do with his time. This one is reminiscent of the Blue Hearts in more ways than one. There's a song on their first album "The Blue Hearts" with the same title and the song that follows, Punk Rock, has some shared sentiments. Come to think of it the one that follows that is the specific song that inspired Housoushitsu no Melody. Cool. Musically this one is somewhat akin to Blue Hearts too.
