I found this great website dedicated to food songs and food safety. Each song comes with its own slide show and lyrics. They are funny and informative and there are several choices on topics. You will however need to have real player on your computer and see whether it is in the school policy to down load this program. As a result I have not been able to listen to the tunes, however they are based on catchy tunes and hopefully easy to learn.
Also at the bottom of the page there is a link to food safety program website which has great information and further information links on food  safety. It is an American site however but you would get the basic
information you would need to further educate your students.
http://foodsafe.ucdavis.edu/music.html#lyrics

From the home page select the ‘music and games’ icon and on the left hand side is the list of songs.

Additionally, you could log onto:

http://www.niehs.nih.gov/kids/lyrics/applesoranges.htm

This site contains lyrics for songs about apples and oranges. Although it focuses mainly on how nice they are to eat, it also promotes their nutritional value.

Finally, I found an oldie but a goodie:

http://www.vegemite.com.au/singalong.asp?area=4

The children are most probably already familiar with this tune and after all Vegemite is said to be one the ‘richest sources of vitamin B.’

There is a game on www.healthstar.com.au  about four young people who address issues such as fitness, nutrition, smoking, asthma etc. The game has links to factsheets developed by the relevant health organisations. It also has a club and competition for young middle school students, and resources for teachers.
http://www.edna.edu.au/schools/themes/health.html

The above website is derived from the Education Network Australia and  provides information and resources for teachers and parents regarding the topics of nutrition and fitness from primary school aged children. It includes articles and facts on both topics. It is divided into the categories of; children's health, healthy eating, healthy lifestyles, health and food, health and sport and the nutritional food pyramid.

http://kidshealthandfitness.org.au/lq/index.html
The above website is a learning quest which provides an opportunity for teachers and parents to investigate and learn about health via the internet. Health and fitness is presented in a fun and creative way and could definitely be valuable for year 4/5 students. During the quest, children will be encouraged to reflect on their own health and fitness and develop some goals to improve and modify personal nutrition and their fitness levels.

http://web.ask.com?q=Childrens+nutrition&o=0&qsrc=0
The above website is a link from the "ask jeeves" search engine, which provides links to articles on children's health and fitness and goal setting activities, in particular there are many articles dealing with how a teacher can also educate the children's parents on nutrition and healthy meals at home. The website also provides other links to reliable statistics about children's health and fitness which I found very interesting.
Try:
http://www.foodsafety.gov/~fsg/f00color.html

I found this site after performing a ‘google’ search of ‘educational songs’. This particular site is about food preparation, hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen. Also, along with the song words are printable  pictures designed to be coloured in by the children.

http://www.kididdles.com/mouseum/f058.html

This site is focused on children’s songs. By selecting alpha index you can then search for song titles relating to any topic. I had a look for some on the topic of food and nutrition and there appeared to be quite a few different ones that might become useful. Most of the songs also have lyrics and music to them.

http://www.dole5aday.com/index.jsp

This site is a nutrition website. If you select the teacher option on the welcome page, and then the music and games (top toolbar) there is then a list of songs and lyrics on the right hand side of the page, all relating to nutrition and healthy eating.
