Only for PC's version- seems to be very popular and has lots of ideas for users to work with. MSWLogo, an educational programming language works beautifully with a nice sized window. Must be downloaded though and resources found here. Can change pen colour and background etc.

Hard lesson to make a particular shape. Not great unless you want to make the shapes ;-) http://astronomy.swin.edu.au/~pbourke/modelling/sgilogo/ - difficult.

Online at RLogo has a lesson plan underneath. Click a button and the turtle moves by a preset amount. Great Stuff!

Berkeley logo [UCBlogo] - very simple and seems to be for Macs. MSWLogo for the PC world, is based on this.
http://www.cs.berkeley.edu/~bh/logo.html

Online -Web turtle. Read the directions.
The first thing to do is click on the right hand box to have a cursor. Then type "SHOWTURTLE".  It is a little different  in it's language.

Download Elica and Elica Applications - Windows only
Free and looks good although I have not tried it.

LOGO - information. A bit short and done better elsewhere.

Online! Lab 2 Functions and Turtle Graphics - This is the explanation page for the web site below
http//www.creighton.edu-~davereed-Nifty-Turtle.html To get this one to work, you type in the whole words and the numbers in brackets i.e. forward (100)  right (90) the press the "execute" button.  The writings in the top box!
Not as good as some of the others because of this.

Online!    Tiny Java Logo

Online! Not a small screen for Logo . Great size in fact. Does not let you change colour of turtle, but turtle is a good size.    Mini Logo in Flash
This seems to be a good 'Logo" and one I have used in my classes.

Online! RLogo - is a nice online Applet. The attraction here, is that for younger children, it is set up so that to move the turtle, the user clicks the button - forward, left, right, colour etc. 8 lessons come after the applet to help learn the program. Great stuff!

rLogo Programmer's Reference

rLogo

Star logo is another downloadable Logo. It is for better users. StarLogo on the Web can be used for complex procedures. Very many things to do. Far ahead of most of the others.

Turtle Tracks applet Mac

Online! This online version of Logo takes up most of the screen and is well presented. However, turtle1 is very basic. But if that's what you want then this is excellent!
