These activities listed here are designed for either group or individual exploration into concepts from middle school mathematics. The activities are Java applets and as such require a java-capable browser.

Booster Space Mission  
This is a fun activity aimed at boosting maths development by engaging pupils in a gaming environment - to launch one of the 11 activities the pupil first has to successfully land the space ship!

Division Bingo  
Bingo is a well known game that can be a lot of fun. In the traditional game, the numbers are called out by the Bingo caller. This game is similar but the numbers are 'called out' by answering the division number sentences correctly.

Fractions - A Booster Activity  

This is a set of activities plus supporting worksheets and web-links which guide pupils from the basic concepts of fractions to Level 4.

Matching Numbers to 20  
This activity develops number recognition up to 20.

Snakes and Ladders  
This activity encourages children to do subtraction and addition sums using a snakes and ladders board. The activity can be used for reinforcement of children's addition and subtraction skills.
