starchild.gsfc.nasa.gov This site offers two levels of information on the solar system, the universe, and space; with activities available at both levels for all areas of interest. A great site for both upper and lower primary children doing a ‘space’ theme.

The The Nine Planets is an overview of the history, mythology, and current scientific knowledge of each of the planets and moons in our solar system. Each page has text and images, some have sounds and movies, most provide references to additional related information.

An Atlas of the Universe http://anzwers.org/free/universe/ . It says, this web page is designed to give everyone an idea of what our universe actually looks like. There are nine main maps on this web page, each one approximately ten times the scale of the previous one.
