The outcome of this brainstorming session will be a proposal that includes a fixed quotation. This quote means that wherever possible No Fees Will Be Charged At An Hourly Rate (which can become very expensive). 

We then present a proposal to you and (unless you tell us not to) we also present it to your accountant.  If everybody is happy we then ask you to sign off on a Terms of Engagement. 

However... if on the other hand you don’t like our ideas we thank you for the opportunity, and walk away.   You pay nothing!
