One on One Training...
       
 

The Purpose of this Document

To clearly identify what is included with your training, so that we are both on the same page at the same time (so to speak).

 

  • You get 5.5 hours of online training on Site Build It.  Each session is 1 hour.  However, this first session is an orientation session of approximately 30 minutes.  Its purpose is to identify technical, connectivity... and "where you are up to" with SBI issues.

 

  • Your training is conducted online at a regular and agreed upon time each week. However, with this being said, it is also understand that in the rare event of there being local and/ or technical problems (ISP connectivity issues, local power blackouts, storms, computer problems etc) that your trainings will continue the following week at the same time (until your series is completed).

 

  • The sequence and content of the training sessions is determined by a) your existing technical and web knowledge, b) where you currently are within the SBI process, c) the speed at which you grasp new concepts, and d) how thoroughly you complete your homework from each SBI setup training session.

 

  • You are given homework to complete during the following week.  If this homework is not completed the benefit of your one on one training package is dramatically reduced.  This interferes with the flow of your trainings, the speed at which you master the necessary SBI skills, and how quickly you can build your own web site.

 

  • As a part of your training package I have given you access to my Deskview system. Deskview is the only method used to communicate with me between the weekly training sessions.  Your training package includes a maximum of 4 questions and responses via Deskview each week.  These messages do not accumulate from week to week. However, it is understood that (due to our different time zones) that I may not be able to respond to your Deskview messages to me immediately.

 

  • You are able to record all your training sessions.  However (due to Internet connectivity variables such as ISP's, connection speeds, individual fire walls etc) the quality of these recordings cannot be guaranteed. It is understood that trainings will be a mixture of audio and audio visual formats  

 

  • During your trainings different promotional techniques and ways to expand your website may well be discussed (within the context of your web site).  However, the implementation of any of these techniques are outside the parameters of these SBI training sessions. Our focus in these SBI trainings is on the building of your SBI site.
