Australian Bilby is now facing extinction.
The bilby
has now vanished from South Australia, Victoria and New South Wales.
It clings to existence on small pockets of land in Western
Queensland and parts of Western Australia.

last twelve years its numbers in the wild have declined from 2,000 to
less than 400, and it won't be long if we as Australians don't
do something that the bilby will be gone forever!
