Chef/ caterer - Andrew Davies is a nationally awarded and renowned "fine dining" chef, and is consistently regarded as one of Australia's best.

Andrew learnt his trade in prestigious, multi Michelin star establishments in London and Paris.  Whilst Head Chef at d'Arry's Verandah in McLaren Vale, his sublime dishes earned the restaurant a raft of accolades, including Best Australian Tourism Restaurant and the National Tourism award for Gastronomy.

Distinguished guests who have enjoyed Andrew's impressive fare include the Prime Minister, State Premiers, and food and wine industry icons such as Neil Perry and Len Evans.

Andrew prepared the entree for the Federation Feast, a dinner recently held for a gathering of national identities at The Shores - Adelaide Shores Function Complex, and the ABC presented his preparation and commentary as part of their coverage.

The media has frequently interviewed Andrew, and his cooking has been glowingly reviewed in many discerning national and international food and wine publications, including the Gourmet Traveller and the New York Times.

Andrew runs cooking classes, food production, catering and event/function enterprises, as well as managing the food operations for The Shores Function Complex.

Events Manager - Andrew Friebie has been producing exciting and high profile major events in SA for private and government clients for over ten years.

Andrew Friebie has advised the SA Major Events Steering Committee, the Adelaide Entertainment Centre, the Adelaide City Council and Tourism SA on event management issues, and developed productions staged at the Adelaide Festival including the famous "Bobcat Ballet".

Andrew has staged major public events such as New Year's Eve, Grand Prix and Fringe street parties, food and wine festivals and has produced opening events for the Department of Transport including the Adelaide International Airport runway extension, attended by the Prime Minister, and created main feature entertainment for the largest ticketed events in Australia, including the Royal Melbourne and Adelaide Shows.
