Given
that it’s the New Year it seems an appropriate time to identify “where
we are at” with the matters that we’re currently involved in.
- The
System
- Deskview
Acquisition
- Webex
(super ttcglobal talk) development
- tcPresenter
development
- Jerry
Brower project
- Richard
(Panama)
- Google
“flip” project (ttcpresenter etc)
- Veretekk
- Non
Disclosure Agreements
- Personal
Resources And Meetings
I’d
like us 3 Amigos to discuss the following matters/ points.
The
System
- What
is required to complete the system (time, money, content, support,
technical).
Deskview
Acquisition
- Is
the acquisition and the (current) strategy to acquire Deskview still
going ahead? If so, where are we up to with this, and what needs to
happen next?
- If
(above) answer is “Yes”, then Jim, Carolyn and Neal are expecting
contracts from us. Where
is Kurt’s Attorney at with drawing up these contracts and when can
we read them?
- Is
there still a pre-qualified buyer for Deskview (as previously
indicated by Kurt)?
- Can
we as a group agree that our acquisition of Deskview is crucial,
because it’s integral to the success of the above projects.
WebEx
Competitor Conferencing System
- Tim,
where is this at and what needs to happen to complete its development
(time, resources, money, support, technical).
TCpresenter
- Tim,
where is this at and what needs to happen to complete its development
(time, resources, money, support, technical).
Jerry
Brower Project
- We
made a commitment to help Jerry Brower many months ago.
Where are we up to with this?
What needs to happen to honor our contracted commitment (time,
resources, money, support, technical)?
Panama
- Where
is this at and what needs to happen to complete the corporate
structure here (time, money, legal).
- What
is the legal entity we (as the 3 Amigos) need to use for all business
transacted by us. When
can we set that up?
Google
Flip Project
- Where
is this at and what needs to happen to complete this (time, money,
content, resources, legal).
- How
will offering Neal Chapman a lot of money for QStudio affect the
acquisition of Deskview (of which he is now a corporate part)? Given
previous experience do we trust him?
- How
concrete is this Google “flip” deal?
- Is
the potential return for this “flip-the-technology” project worth
the effort here, given that the value of a technology is determined by
its existing membership base and traffic to its system (more so than
the technology that runs it)?
Veretekk
- In
light of the recent state of affairs where is this at and what
approach do we need to collectively take to resolve this?
- Our
collective involvement with Veretekk (the VT competition,
vereconference etc) seems to be a complete distraction from matters
more important to us as a group. Is there a way we can disengage from
Veretekk, and thus negate these distractions?
Non-Disclosure
Agreements
- We’ve
had a number of incidences where people have not respected our
non-disclosure agreements (and these are the ones we know about). This
disrespect of NDA’s has negatively impacted on our strategies to
acquire Deskview, and have harmed our relationship with Veretekk.
This has cost us an unnecessary amount of time and effort in
damage control.
- In
light of the above experiences (in future) can we as a group be in
unanimous agreement about the issuing of NDA’s before NDA’s
are issued, or other people are made privy to what is essentially 3
Amigo business only.
Personal
Resources And Meetings
- Where
are we at with the investors? Current status.
- As
we all have other jobs we are all doing other things to “put food on
the table”. The amount of activity we can commit to has limitations.
Can we as a group identify ways our current multiple responsibilities
can be better managed, and/ or resourced.
- We
discussed meeting in San Diego (and then Mississippi) late last year
to have a week long “face to face” workshop to work of these
matters out. Is this still on the agenda?
- Daily
meetings (with Agendas) to discuss strategy as a team
